Who We Are

Uganda Parents With Deafblind Children Association (UPDBCA) is a non-governmental, nonpartisan, non-religious, and non-profit organization established by parents and caregivers of children with deafblindness.

We work to create a more inclusive and supportive society for children living with multiple sensory disabilities.

Our Mission

To advocate for legal, health, social, economic, and capacity-building support for parents and their children with deafblindness.

Our Vision

A society where parents and their children with deafblindness enjoy equal rights and equitable access to opportunities for a dignified life.
